Dean De Largie

Executive Chairman
Dean has been key to identifying all the exploration opportunities in the ACM portfolio. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology from Curtin University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
With over 30 years of diverse global exploration he provides technical direction, exploration services and project assessments to several entities in Australia, Peru and Mexico through his firm Allied Rock Pty Ltd.
Experienced in most geological terranes for gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, iron ore, coal, petroleum, uranium, kaolin and silica Dean has worked on projects in Australia, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Nevada, for ASX, TSX and US listed entities
Paul Niardone
Non-Executive Director
Paul Niardone is an experienced director and executive with a background spanning ASX-listed companies, private enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. He has more than 15 years’ experience advising and establishing a number of high-profile businesses, including The Agency Group Ltd, where he has served as an Executive Director since 2013. He was also the founder and Executive Director of Professional Public Relations, the largest PR and communications firm in Western Australia.
Paul has developed a broad network across business and government through his direct involvement in a wide range of sectors. He holds a degree in Politics and Industrial Relations, as well as an MBA, and commenced his career in the Department of Cabinet and Parliamentary Services.
Allister Caird
Non-Executive Director
Allister Caird is a geologist with more than 15 years of experience in the energy and resources sector, spanning exploration, research, project development and capital markets. He brings a strong mix of technical and commercial experience, having worked across the ASX, OTC and AIM exchanges and managed large-scale exploration programs in diverse settings.
Allister is currently Chief Executive Officer of Mount Ridley Mines Ltd (ASX: MRD), which is advancing a clay-hosted rare earth and gallium project in Western Australia. Previously, he held the role of Head of Critical Minerals at Locksley Resources Ltd (ASX: LKY), where he was instrumental in developing and implementing the company’s downstream strategy in the United States. In that capacity, he successfully identified and helped advance a company-making collaboration with Rice University, focused on innovative processing technologies for critical minerals.
